IMPORTANT CHANGES EFFECTIVE 1 OCTOBER 2014
From 1 October 2014, real estate agents and vendors need to make a new due diligence checklist available to prospective buyers when selling residential property. The check list does not form part of the section 32 statement or any contract for the sale of land; rather it is a tool to help buyers enquire into issues of interest to them when they first start looking at properties.
